ADIOSCOYOTES LLC WARRANTY

AdiosCoyotes LLC warrants its products sold to be free of manufacturing faults and defects for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. Additionally, Adios Coyotes LLC will accept returns for any reason for a s 30 day period after the Customer receives the products as long as the products are in new and unused condition and can be resold to a different customer. AdiosCoyotes LLC reserves the right to adjust the refund amount if the products are not in new and unused condition The Customer retuning the products is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product.

All products sold by AdiosCoyotes LLC are only for use by our Customers and are subject to this warranty. The warranty is only valid for the original owner with proof of purchase.

The Customer expressly agrees that their use of the product is at their sole risk and liability. In no case shall AdiosCoyotes LLC, our directors, officers, managers, or employees be liable for any damages of any kind arising from our Customer’s use of any AdiosCoyotes products, or for any other claim related in any way to the use of AdiosCoyotes products.

AdiosCoyotes LLC or its dealer/distributor(s) are not required to repair or replace products and will have no other liability due to any of the following circumstances:

Any fault, accident, abuse, misuse, damage or deterioration caused by use, storage, transportation or maintenance of the product or parts of the product after it has been purchased which is not in accordance with the instructions, recommendations, requirements or directions of AdiosCoyotes LLC, and/or its dealer/distributor(s).

The Warranty does not cover:

Product if sold, leased, licensed or used for commercial purposes at any time, or
General environmental wear and tear, or
Cost of delivery, or
Injury to any human, dog, cat, or other animal regardless of when or where that injury occurs.

The Customer acknowledges that AdiosCoyotes deterrent products are designed to incent certain animals to stay away from a location, but every animal has different abilities and/or injuries/diseases. Accordingly, AdiosCoyotes does not make any warranty or representation of any kind with respect to its products including, but not limited to, any warranties for effectiveness or fitness for purpose. Specifically, AdiosCoyotes LLC and/or its dealer/distributor(s) does not warrant that its products will keep humans or animals from harm.

If AdiosCoyotes LLC or its dealer/distributor(s) find a manufacturing fault with the product in question the following remedies may apply but are not limited to:

Replacement of the goods with the same or similar products, or
Repair of the goods.

If AdiosCoyotes LLC or its dealer/distributor(s) choose to replace the product under this warranty, AdiosCoyotes LLC or its dealer/distributor(s) will cover the costs of shipping the replacement product to the Customer. The cost of delivery of defective goods to AdiosCoyotes LLC or its dealer or distributor will be the responsibility of the Customer.

To make a claim under this Warranty, the Customer must first submit a written claim with supporting documentation (reason for return, proof of purchase, explanation of fault, pictures of damage, etc.) to AdiosCoyotes LLC.
