The AdiosCoyotes device is good for protecting a fixed location or area - it doesn’t help someone out walking their dogs or playing in the park. But if you want to keep coyotes away from your house and yard, this device has been very effective.

How it works is simple – the device periodically emits sounds that coyotes fear. When coyotes hear the sounds, they don’t want to stay in that area. And since coyotes are territorial, they move their pack to a different territory.

This device is a portable, battery operated, rugged waterproof speaker that plays at predetermined intervals, sound(s) of predators of the unwanted animal that are stored on memory modules. 

In the case of coyotes, the sound is a mountain lion’s scream played every few minutes. As coyotes are very territorial, the lion scream tells any coyotes in the area that there’s a new lion sheriff in town and the coyotes, not wanting to become prey themselves, move on to a different territory that is safer.

The result of using AdiosCoyotes is that the coyotes are not harmed and simply must find a new location to live.
